(IRCTC) has launched a special domestic air package from Visakhapatnam to Assam and Meghalaya

The “Magical Assam & Meghalaya with Brahmaputra River Cruise (SCBA43)” air vacation package from Visakhapatnam was launched by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). The tour will run from April 26th through May 1st, 2022 (5 nights/6 days). To and fro, the package includes Indigo Airlines economy class flight tickets. 3-star hotels with breakfast and dinner will be supplied, as well as air-conditioned transportation for touring. All tolls and parking fees are included in the fare. In addition, the IRCTC will hire a tour manager to look after the tourists.

Tourists will take a flight from Visakhapatnam to Guwahati, where they will see the Kamakhaya Temple and the Balaji Temple. From there, air-conditioned transportation will be available to other places. Mohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, and Elephanta Falls will be visited during the trip to Cherrapunjee. The tourists will then be driven to Mawlynnong’s Living Root Bridge and Dawai Lake. The visit to Shimla will feature the Don Bosco Museum and Umium Lake. The Brahmaputra River Cruise with Dinner will be the tour’s main feature. Finally, the travellers will take a flight from Guwahati to Visakhapatnam.

The cost for a single person is Rs. 46,450.
The cost for a double occupancy is Rs. 33,715.
Rs. 32,315 for three people.
Rs 2,000 for children under the age of two.
Rs 11,112 for children between the ages of 2 and 5.
