Games to be held for corporators in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation
Greater Visakhapatnam Ruling class is going to complete a year on March 18, 2022. As part of the one-year anniversary celebrations, Mayor Golagani Hairvenkata Kumari, Commissioner Dr. Lakshmeesha, and all of the GVMC floor leaders intend to organise games between corporators from all of the wards under GVMC. They aim to organise several games for corporators for three days starting March 16 and ending March 18 and to present trophies to the winners of the games.
Under the GVMC, there are 98 corporators representing 98 wards, as well as co option members. In addition to them, the GVMC has a few MLAs, MPs, and Ex Officio members. Total of 120 members are anticipated to participate in the games conducted by GVMC.A special committee is deployed to organise the games. Along with the special committee, GVMC additional commissioner, UCD PD, Director of sports Yadagiri Srinivasulu are also included in organising games.
Mens games are as follows :

- Cricket(10 overs)
Individual Men’s games are as follows :

Womens games are as follows :

Individual Women’s games are as follows :

Some people have already begun entering their names for the games competition, which will take place from March 16th to March 18th. The participants were issued a particular format to register their names for the competition. The players have the option of registering their names in the games of their choice.
GVMC officials are planning to take their members on an observation trip to different corporations all over India in the month of May as a part of the anniversary of the GVMC ruling class. Previously some members are taken for the observation trip to different corporations.
