East Coast Railway Launched Special Train Between Visakhapatnam and Araku
The East Coast Railways has decided to run a special train between Visakhapatnam – Araku – Visakhapatnam in response to increased tourist demand. From December 30, 2021, until January 16, 2022, this special train will be in service.
Train number 08525 Visakhapatnam – Araku Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 7:00 a.m. daily and arrive at Araku at 11:30 a.m., according to Waltair Division Railway officials.
According to A K Tripathi, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, ECoR, train number 08526 Araku – Visakhapatnam Special Train will leave Araku at 2:00 pm daily and arrive in Visakhapatnam at 5:30 pm.
This train will be made up of eight Second Class coaches and two Second Class-cum-Luggage coaches (all reserved).
Between Visakhapatnam and Araku stations, there will be stops at Simhachalam, Kothavalasa, Srungavarapukota, and Borra Guhalu.
